These terms govern use of FincoHR. What follows describes how the software works and the obligations that follow from it.
FincoHR is HR management software provided on a subscription basis, with the scope described on this site and in the contract. Functionality may be added or adjusted with releases; removal of an existing capability will be notified in advance.
Accounts are provisioned by us; there is no self-service registration. Customers manage their own users' role and permission assignments and are responsible for actions taken through their accounts. Passwords and API tokens are credentials the customer must safeguard.
All data a customer puts into the system — employee personal data, attendance, payroll and review records — remains the customer's. We process it only as far as providing the service requires, and claim no rights over it.
The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, to attempt access to another tenant's data, to circumvent permission controls or rate limits, or for penetration or load testing without prior written agreement. Security research is welcome — contact us first to coordinate.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and give notice before planned maintenance. (Service-level commitments and remedies to be set by contract.)
Either party may terminate as the contract provides. After termination the customer may export their data within the agreed window. (Notice period and export window to be set by contract.)
The service helps calculate hours, pay and statutory deductions, but the customer remains responsible for their own regulatory compliance. Filings should be checked by the customer before submission. (Liability cap and exclusions to be added in the formal terms.)
(Governing law and venue to be added in the formal terms.)
